Adamas recognizes the importance of individual support of nonprofit organizations so The Matching Gifts Program was created to match each employee charitable contributions up to $5,000 for each employee per year. This Matching Gifts Program was designed to encourage employee engagement and support of organizations that matter most to them.
- Gifts will be matched on a one-for-one basis ($100 donation = $100 match = Total $200 Contribution)
- Donations must be a minimum of $25 up to a total of $5,000
- Dollars-for-Doers pays $50 grants per hour of volunteer work
- Adamas will match up to $5,000 dollars per employee per fiscal year for the combination of dollars-for-doers volunteering grant program and matching gifts program
- *Qualifying organizations must be 501(c)3 nonprofit charities that are non-religious, non-political, or non anti-oil & gas affiliated
